Support the client and the vendors to ensure that the final space is equipped/laid out to meet the technical and operational requirements of the client.
Facility Design and Coordination
- Support post-construction technology installation
- Support furniture installation
- As appropriate, assist the client and vendors in making on-site adjustments for power and cabling based on unforeseen field conditions
- Attend client/vendor coordination meetings
- Coordinate multi-vendor installations to ensure that timing of installations and accuracy of implementation is maintained for each team.
- Assist in the follow-up escalation and expediting of actions, issues and risks
- Develop and maintain an Issues Log
- Provide weekly status reports
- Develop as-built documentation
- As requested, provide asset tagging and management
