911 and Emergency Services Support
Implementation and support of technical infrastructure for 911 and Emergency Services related technologies:
Coordination of Construction and/or Technology Implementations for Emergency Service Centers to include:
- Construction review, coordination and support of facility construction/renovation activities.
- Coordination, monitoring and oversight of large technology installations to include:
- NEXT GEN 911
- Voice Systems
- Radio Systems
- Logging and Recording
- Data Center
- Coordinate between the client, vendors and trades to ensure smooth implementations, with an emphasis on limiting wasted time and resources.
- Resolve issues in the field as they arise by coordinating among the client, design teams and the construction trades.
- Support furniture installation
- Coordination and oversight of post-construction technology installation and integration
- Coordinate multi-vendor installations to ensure that timing of installations and accuracy of infrastructure is maintained for each team.
- Support and coordination of facility operational issues to include:
- Training
- Maintenance and Upgrades
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
