Facility Design Reviews
Provide construction document reviews and tenant/client representative services to support the Design Review:
Construction Document Reviews
- Review and comment on design development (DD) drawings and construction documents (CDs)
- Identify design gaps and coordinate solutions with the client and Architect.
- As necessary revise/update power and UPS requirements and documentation
- Reconcile cable/position cabling with PTE drawings
- As necessary revise/update cable count spreadsheets, position cabling matrix, cable design document, cabling spreadsheets, cable tray requirements/drawings
